Kids Core

There will always be competitive sports, but for those children who don't enjoy competing, what is there?
All children love moving, but at an early age children are deciding that they don't like sports, and therefore exercise. This connection between sports that they don't emjoy and exercise has an immense knock on effect into their adult lives as they choose disconnection from their bodies over the beauty of full body expression.
But what if we can change that?
What if we teach these children a better way to move?
What if we encourage them to carry on playing like children instead of pushing them to compete?

"Kids these days will reach for a phone or tablet before reaching for a ball. The long term effects of this sedentary behaviour will be felt in the future, but if we are able to create better body awareness, and teach the joy and the creativity of movement, not just competitive sport, we can re-ignite the desire to play like a child"
